Successful online Contest at The Breakfast Club, Cape Town

The International Speech contest was something out of the ordinary for everyone at the Breakfast Club. 

The engaging and exciting contest was held online, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Four phenomenal speakers brought their A-game and blew us away with their speeches. They were: Gideon Louw, Marc Burgess, Nerisa Shiri Mnemba and Vuyokazi Ntsangani.

The Breakfast Club had our first meeting of the year on Wednesday 13 January 2021 and, all one can say is, what an epic start? 

The meeting attracted the club’s  regular visitors from across the country such as DTM Stanley Sabela, Hannah Schmidt from Namibia as well as well as our friends from the United State of America, Linda and her husband Alan Mann. 5th September: Our First Humourous Contest...

On Wed 5th September The Breakfast Club hosted its first ever Humourous Speaking & Impromptu Contest! As a newly chartered club it was an exciting moment for all our members, and the contest didn't disappoint. With a fantastic selection of Humourous and  Impromptu speeches, the morning was an undoubted success!
